Nice to meet you. My name is Thomas Bowden and I work with Insperity, a leading payroll/human resource service provider. I moved to Arizona from Michigan in 1988 through a mentor, Hon. Armando DeLeon. I began working with the AZ Republic/Gazette, but soon started working for ADP as one of the first salespeople in Arizona.. I've worked in HR Technology since MS DOS and IBM mainframes performed payroll tasks! The industry has change to be more  people centric.
